How to configure my dashboard in the Klippa Web App?
The Klippa web app has several dashboards where expenses or invoices can be viewed:
My expenses
Manage expenses
Manage invoices
The columns in these dashboards can be fully customised to your personal preference. In this article, we explain how these adjustments can be made.
Make sure you are logged into the Klippa Web App.
Go to the dashboard you want to configure in the menu on the left.

It is not possible to change your e-mail address yourself. Fortunately, our support team can do this for you.
Using the steps below, we can quickly change your e-mail address:
From your current Klippa e-mail address, send an e-mail to support@klippa.com.

Klippa offers the possibility to log in with Single Sign On (SSO), which means that you can log in with your company e-mailaddress and without a password. If your organization supports this, you can log in to Klippa with SSO.

In Klippa you can choose to receive e-mail notifications when you need to perform an action in Klippa. For example, you can receive a notification when it is your turn to approve a transaction.
Users with an approver role will receive a notification when transactions in their to do list ready for approval.
Users with a finance role will receive a notification when there are transactions in their to do list with the status submitted and/or approved ready to be processed.

It's possible for you to receive push notifications from Klippa on your mobile phone. Below are the situations in which you can receive a push notification:
The status of your expense has changed.
It's your turn to approve an expense or invoice.

Due to security reasons, only the account owner can delete his/her Klippa account. Please sign in on the Klippa Web App and navigate to settings. Click on 'Your account' tab and scroll a bit down. After your delete request, you will receive an email for confirmation. Click on the link in this email to complete this. A final email will follow stating that your account has been deleted.
