I am experiencing issues with the mobile Klippa app. What can I do?
Are you experiencing problems with our App? The app freezes, does not respond or even crashes completely? We find that very unpleasant. We have listed a number of steps that might help you solve the problem.
Often, such problems are caused by the fact that you are using an older version of Klippa. Therefore, the first step is to check whether you have the latest version of Klippa. In step 1 we describe how you can check this and how you can update to the latest version.
Check your Klippa version and update the app to the latest version
iPhone
Open the App Store
Search for 'Klippa App' in the search bar
At the Klippa App, press Update next to the app
Android
Open the Google Play Store app
Search for 'Klippa App' in the search bar
At the Klippa App, press Update next to the app
Do you have the latest version and are you still experiencing problems? By logging in again, we make sure you can actually see all the latest updates.
Re-logging in the Klippa app
Open the menu using the menu at the top left
Press the cogwheel next to your name at the bottom
Scroll all the way down and press Log out
Then log in again using your login details
Annoying! Then we need to take a closer look. The more information we have, the better we can support you in solving the problem. We need at least the following information:
The Klippa version
The software version of your phone
A clear description of your problem
A screen recording (or screenshot)
Send us an email at support@klippa.com with the above 4 points, so we can get straight to work on the problem.
