What to do when receiving an Out of Office delegation?

You have been notified within the Klippa Web App and via email to temporarily assume someone else's approver role(s). See the instructions below on how to proceed:


  1. Make sure you are logged into the Klippa Web App
  2. You 'll find your received role by clicking on the link within the email or navigating to your Settings > Personal > Out of Office > Received roles



  1. On this page, you can either click the Switch accounts button or select your name from the upper right corner.


Note: You can switch accounts only from the date on which you are delegated to assume the role(s)




  1. After completing the approval of the transactions in the to-do list, you can return to your own account by clicking on your name located in the upper right corner


Info: During the time period in which role(s) have been delegated to your account, you will also receive approval emails from the individual who initiated the Out of Office request
