Transaction not visible in list
Transactions in your SpendControl account may not be visible for various reasons. Here are some factors to consider when troubleshooting this issue:
To-Do List
Ensure the transaction has been processed and assigned to you. Transactions that are pending or not yet included in your task list may not display. Potentially the transaction can already be found in the "All" section.
Filters
Check if any filters are applied that might be hiding the transaction based on specific criteria. Review and adjust filtering settings to display all transactions if needed

Access Permissions
Verify if you have the correct user roles and permissions to access the transaction. You find this when you navigate to Settings > Personal Limited access or roles without adequate permissions can restrict visibility to certain transactions.
