To approve your colleague's expenses you first have to navigate to the Company Environment dashboard on your web browser.
You'll now see this screen:



On the top bar you can select pending.
Here you can see an overview of all the submitted expenses.
Select a receipt to start the approval process.
You'll now see this screen:



Check whether all the required field are filled.

To approve or disapprove you can click on declaration status.
The dropdown menu will show you the available statuses.



In stead of disapproving an expense, you can also choose to edit a receipt by pressing 'update receipt' in the top menu.

After you've changed the status, press Save in the left bottom corner of the screen.
After that, the receipt can be found under the status that you selected for that receipt.
