How to create a report in the Klippa Web App?

Please note: this action is only possible if your company uses the Reports module. The Reports module is not available by default in SpendControl, contact your account manager for more information.
In SpendControl you can bundle expenses in a report. Bundle all your expenses in a report, for example of one specific month or of your business trip, and submit your report. Your report will then be approved as one bundle and processed further.

In this article we explain how you can create a new report.

Make sure you are logged in to the Klippa Web App.

Navigate to My reports in the left menu. You are now in the reports overview.

Click on the button Add report in the top right corner.



Choose a name and an administration (if you have more than one administration). Depending on the settings of your administration, the fields "Cost center", "Cost unit" and "Project" will now appear. The values ​​with which you fill in these fields will be filled in for you by default when you add an expense to this report. If you do not see these fields in your added expense, they have been filled in in the background, but are hidden from you as the submitter.

After you have filled in the relevant fields, click on Create. Your report has now been created and you are ready to add expenses to it.
