How can I change the email address I am using to log into Klippa?
It is not possible to change your e-mail address yourself. Fortunately, our support team can do this for you.
Note: For security reasons, we do need to verify that you are the rightful owner of the Klippa account, so we ask you to mail this request from your current e-mail address.
Using the steps below, we can quickly change your e-mail address:
From your current Klippa e-mail address, send an e-mail to support@klippa.com.
Include both your current e-mail address and the new e-mail address you wish to use to log in.
We will send you a confirmation as soon as your e-mail address has been changed.
You can then log in using your new e-mail address on the Klippa login page or in the mobile app.
