How to receive my Klippa invoice?
Purchased via Klippa Web
If you have purchased a Klippa Pro account via the Klippa Web App, the invoice will automatically be sent to you by email after payment has been made.
Purchased via Apple App Store/ Google Play Store
If you have purchased a Klippa Pro account through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you will receive the invoice from them at the email address associated with your account registration. For invoices related to purchases in the Apple App Store/Play Store, we recommend following the steps below:
**App Store ** ****
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Tap on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select your name and Apple email address.
- Scroll down the page and look for the "Purchase History" or "Subscriptions" option.
- Tap on the Klippa purchase if it is listed in your purchase history.
- Look for the "More Options" section.
- Choose the option to resend the invoice to your Apple email address.
- Follow the instructions to receive the invoice in your email.
Google Play Store ****
- Go to Settings and sign in.
- Check if you have entered your VAT identification number. If not, enter it now.
- Tap on "Transaction history".
- Tap on the relevant Klippa purchase.
- At the bottom of the transaction details, click "Download VAT invoice" or "Download VAT receipt". You may be asked to enter some information, like your full address or a VAT identification number.
- Click "Save". You will see a link to download your invoice.
If you were unable to obtain the invoice using the steps above, we recommend contacting the support team of Apple or Google directly. They can assist you further in obtaining the necessary documentation or addressing any billing-related questions.
