How to add expenses in the Klippa Web App?

Open the Klippa Web App and log in with your login details.

At the top right of the screen you will find a green button with Add. If you click this button you can add a file that is saved locally on your computer. Choose the desired file and press Upload.



When the document is added you can fill in the open field for the description. Depending on your personal settings you can select a folder and a payment method and/or add a tag. The receipt data will be recognised automatically when you use Klippa Pro. Are you using the free version of Klippa? Then you need to fill in the receipt details manually.



Once all fields have been filled in correctly, press Save at the bottom. The document has now been successfully added to your account!
