How to add expenses in the Klippa Web App?
- Open the Klippa Web App and log in with your login details.
- At the top right of the screen you will find a green button with Add. If you click this button you can add a file that is saved locally on your computer. Choose the desired file and press Upload.
- When the document is added you can fill in the open field for the description. Depending on your personal settings you can select a folder and a payment method and/or add a tag. The receipt data will be recognised automatically when you use Klippa Pro. Are you using the free version of Klippa? Then you need to fill in the receipt details manually.
- Once all fields have been filled in correctly, press Save at the bottom. The document has now been successfully added to your account!
