How to approve an Out of Office request?
When a user submits an Out of Office request, you will receive a notification within the Klippa application and via email. The notification email for the approval of Out of Office requests is sent once a week. As an Admin user, it is your role to approve or deny these requests. Below you will find the steps to follow:
- Make sure you are logged in on the Klippa Web App
- Navigate to Settings > Company > Out of Office
- Click on the To do tab to see all pending Out of Office requests
- Choose to Approve or Deny the out of office request. You can do this by clicking on the requests one by one or approve them in bulk by selecting multiple requests at once
- Choose to confirm your decision
- After you cleared all your to do's, you will find the OoO request under the All tab
