You will always receive an invoice After paying for a Klippa product. Depending on the type of customer and the place where you buy, you will either get the invoice from Klippa or one of our partners.

In case you buy Klippa Pro via the web application, you will receive your invoice automatically by mail via our payment partner Stripe. You can add this invoice to your Klippa account by forwarding the invoice to your personal Klippa email.

In case you buy Klippa Pro via the Apple App Store of Google Play Store, you will receive the invoice by mail from the platform you used. You can add this invoice to your Klippa account by forwarding the invoice email to your personal Klippa email.

When you are using the Klippa Expense Manager or Klippa Administration Manager, you will receive your custom invoice via your account manager.
