How do I delete an expense in the mobile Klippa App?

Note: Only the submitter of an expense can delete it. This way we ensure that your expense can never get lost.

Note: It is not possible to delete your expense if it has already been approved, rejected or processed. This way we ensure that the history of an expense is always preserved.

Open the Klippa App on your smartphone or tablet and log in. In My expenses you can select an expense by clicking and holding it. Then click on the Actions button at the bottom of the screen. It is also possible to select multiple expenses at the same time.

If your expense has already been submitted, you must first retract it before you can delete it.
Press Retract expense to retract the expense.

Press Delete receipt to delete the expense.
