How can I delete a user?

Note: This action is only possible for a user with admin rights.


  1. Make sure you are logged in to the Klippa Web App as a user with "admin" rights.
  2. In the left menu, navigate to Settings and then Company. You are now in the company account settings.
  3. Then click on Company Settings / Users.
  4. Click on the user you want to delete.



  1. Click the Delete button.


Note: It is not possible to delete a user that has expenses or invoices connected to his/her account, you can make this user inactive so that the account will be deactivated.


Making a user inactive.


  1. Make sure you are logged in to the Klippa Web App as a user with "admin" rights.
  2. In the left menu, navigate to Settings and then Company. You are now in the company account settings.
  3. Then click on Company Settings / Users.
  4. Click on the user whose account you want to set to inactive.



  1. Uncheck the slider of Active to make the user account inactive.


Note: Inactive users do not count towards the number of users on the Klippa licence.
