As admin, how can I perform actions on behalf of users within my company?

Note: Opting for the admin impersonation feature also includes access to the delegation functionality.

Impersonation, allows you to temporarily log in or perform actions on behalf of another user in the system. This allows you to assume the role and access rights of another user, and manage their account temporarily. This can be useful for troubleshooting (e.g. a transaction is set to the status incomplete by accident) or performing specific tasks on behalf of that user.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Personal > Admin Impersonation
  2. Here you can select a user from the dropdown menu

  1. Once you click impersonation, you will be navigated to the account of the user you chose
  2. Now you can perform actions on behalf of that user in your account. The user's name will then be displayed in the top-right corner of the screen
  3. You can stop impersonating by clicking on the name and selecting "Stop impersonation"

Note: Only the admin user has the permissions to use this feature. This ensures that proper security and controls are maintained.
