Problem
The supplier is not active in the booking period of the invoice/expense.
Check the invoice date of the invoice/expense
Check the supplier in Minox. If the supplier has been added before the invoice date of the invoice, then that's the cause of the error.
Solution
You can also create this supplier in a previous financial year, or change the purchase date.
