Check all other updates of the latest release via this link.

We have improved the functioning and design of our main dashboard(s).
Roll-out starts September 24th '24 (v4.0.0). We will start with the environments that use invoices, and roll out the rest of the environments in the coming weeks.
If you want to have access to the new dashboards earlier, please let us know by sending an e-mail to spendcontrol@klippa.com.

How do I customize my dashboards

We have rolled out a default dashboard to everybody, based on the feedback from clients to let you start with a "best-practice" dashboard.
You can always tailor your dashboard to your personal needs, by using the cogwheel icon on the far right.

Enable/disable columns.
Drag-and-drop columns to change the order of columns in your dashboard.

Your dashboard is saved on your user account, so no more re-configuring your dashboard when you use SpendControl on a different computer or in a different browser.

Benefits

Fresh, user-friendly design.
Fast loading time of the data in the dashboards.
Consistency across dashboards - all dashboards have a uniform functioning and design.
Best-practice default dashboards which is saved in your user account and can be easily customized using the cogwheel icon on the far right.
Improved use of limited space by smart column allocation, flexible column width, seeing full content when hovering on data and using icons/shorter naming as column headers.
Improved actions: consistency between actions you can perform 1. by clicking on the actions dots at the end of a row, 2. in the dashboard actions after selecting 1 or more rows and 3. when opening a transaction.
Improved actions: re-ordered the action list and ensured only actions are shown that you are allowed to perform for the selected transaction(s).
Reports: when opening report, we now show a report summary on top with the submitter, status, total amount, date range and other characteristics such as administration and cost center for a quick overview of the most important information.
Reports: we now show all actions on the top right instead of at the bottom, for easier interaction with the report.
