I cannnot submit my card report on the Klippa Web App

There are several reasons why you may encounter challenges in submitting your report. The three most common causes include incomplete filling of fields, pending to-do items, and, for Klippa company cardholders, the period not yet being closed. The steps below detail how to address and resolve these issues for successful report submission.

Error message


All required fields on the report header should be filled in. If you get one of the following errors:
Error message: You need to select an administration on the report first
Error message: Dimension required

Resolution: These errors indicate that the card report lacks necessary information for submission. To address this, you can edit your card report by following the instructions in this article.

Pending to do's


All to do's need to be completed by adding receipts to the transactions or marked as no receipt available.


Pending transactions


For Klippa Company card users, please note the following:
Reports are submitted after a specific period, regardless of completed to-do items
If your report still shows "pending transactions" after completing all to-do's, please wait until all card transactions of the current period are synced to Klippa
Once all card transactions for the current period are synced, you will receive an email notification to submit your report.
