How to re-authenticate connection
Note: only the administrator (user with an admin role in Klippa) of the Klippa account can re-authenticate the connection
In certain cases, it is necessary to perform a re-authentication, such as when an integration error occurs while retrieving data or when no data is displayed when using the division picker or during booking in the booking rules. Re-authentication may also be required if there have been changes made to the user who established the connection.
Examples:
- Error message: Could not get book suggestions
- Error message: Integrations call error
Solution
We recommend reconnecting to an user (ideally permanently associated with the organization) who has sufficient rights.
- Navigate to Settings > Business > Connections > Re-authenticate.
