How to edit a card report on the Klippa Web App?

Make sure you are logged into the Klippa web App
Navigate to My reports and click on Card

Tip: if you have a finance role, it is also possible to edit card reports under Manage > card reports


Choose a report you want to edit
Within this report, click on the extra options (three dots) and press Edit report


Here you can edit the report. Make sure to at least fill in all required report fields, to be able to submit your report. Then press save.

Depending on your company setup you can change:

Description;
Administration (you can only change this to another administration with the same currency);
Cost center;
Cost unit;
Project;
Currency (only if this is not by default determined by the administration).
