How to approve an Out of Office request?

When a user submits an Out of Office request, you will receive a notification within the Klippa application and via email. The notification email for the approval of Out of Office requests is sent once a week. As an Admin user, it is your role to approve or deny these requests. Below you will find the steps to follow:


  1. Make sure you are logged in on the Klippa Web App
  2. Navigate to Settings > Company > Out of Office
  3. Click on the** To do tab** to see all pending Out of Office requests


  1. Choose to **Approve or Deny the **out of office request. You can do this by clicking on the requests one by one or approve them in bulk by selecting multiple requests at once


Note: When you deny an OoO request you have to leave a note


  1. Choose to confirm your decision
  2. After you cleared all your to do's, you will find the OoO request under the** All tab**
