List of Sub-processors DocHorizon

To perform our services, we may make use of other software. Some will be data controllers by themselves, other will be deemed as (sub)processors according to our agreed Data Processor Agreement. This is a list of provider we work with, last updated on May 24th 2023.

Processors:

Microsoft Azure:
Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. Carmenhall Road Sandyford, Dublin 18, Ireland
For data processing on their servers in the West Europe region. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-app-security/cas-compliance-trust

This cloud service follows world wide security standards SOC 1,2,3, ISO:27001,27017, 27018 and is PCI-DSS compliant. We choose Amsterdam as our processing location to minimize latency for our users and make sure that the data center security matches Dutch law and standards.

Google Cloud Services:
Google Ireland Limited Gordon House Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland
As an integral part of our Optical Character Recognition framework. https://cloud.google.com/vision/docs/data-usage

Klippa uses Google Workspace for internet services, such as e-mail, creation and storage of internal spreadsheets, presentations and text-files and Google Vision as an integral part of our Optical Character Recognition framework. Google vision is part of the Google Cloud and is ISO:27001,27017, 27018-certified and SOC 1, 2, 3 compliant. We use the Vision API content based. That means, the document is not stored in a temporary Google bucket, they won’t store the document either. The documents are always processed within the EEA region.

Amazon Web Services (AWS):
Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL - 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg
As an integral part of our Optical Character Recognition framework and for data processing on one of their servers in the EEA region. https://pages.awscloud.com/compliance-contact-us.html.

AWS supports more security standards and compliance certifications than any other offering, including PCI-DSS, HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, GDPR, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171.  All data is encrypted in transit.
