ICS credit card module: How can I upload a credit card statement?
Note: this module can only be used in combination with ICS credit cards or the Klippa card. Please contact our sales department if you would like to know more about the possibilities.
Ensure that you are logged into the Klippa Web App as a user with a finance role.
In the menu of the left, navigate to manage reports and click on cards.
In the top right corner of the screen, click import transactions.
Fill in the administration to which the card report should be booked.
Select the transaction interface: Report - Card.
Upload the statement by pressing on Upload a file and click on Upload statement.
Tip: when a new statement is uploaded, it is important to link the names on the statement to the existing Klippa users. In this way, the transactions on the statement are broken down in a report per person.
