How to create an out-of-pocket report in the Web App?
You can bundle out-of-pocket expenses in a report. Bundle all your expenses in a report, for example of one specific month or of your business trip, and submit your report. Your report will then be approved as one bundle and processed further.
In this article we explain how you can create a new report.
Make sure you are logged in to the Web App.
Navigate to My reports in the left menu.
Click on Out of pocket. You are now in the out of pocket reports overview.
Click on the button Add report in the top right corner.
Choose a description and select your cost center.
After you have filled in the relevant fields, click on Create. Your report has now been created and you are ready to add expenses to it.
