How do I re-submit an out-of-pocket expense with status incomplete in the Web App?

Make sure you are logged in to the Web App.

Navigate to My reports in the left menu.

Click on Out of pocket. You are now in the out of pocket reports overview.

Click on the report with the status Incomplete.

Click on the expense with the status Incomplete.

If a comment has been given, you can see why the expense is incomplete. Adjust the expense according to the instructions.

Then click on Save and resubmit. Your expense has now been successfully submitted and automatically assigned to the correct approver(s) in the organization.
