How do I re-submit an out-of-pocket expense with status incomplete in the Web App?
- Make sure you are logged in to the Web App.
- Navigate to My reports in the left menu.
- Click on Out of pocket. You are now in the out of pocket reports overview.
- Click on the report with the status Incomplete.
- Click on the expense with the status Incomplete.
- If a comment has been given, you can see why the expense is incomplete. Adjust the expense according to the instructions.
- Then click on Save and resubmit. Your expense has now been successfully submitted and automatically assigned to the correct approver(s) in the organization.
