How can I request the data that Klippa has stored about me?
Klippa likes to be transparent about data storage. To start, you can view all receipts and invoices that are stored in Klippa in your account overview. Besides this information, Klippa possibly stores other information concerning your account. You can request a data export via the Klippa web application. You will then receive an XLSX (Excel) document containing personal data related to your account, combined with your user logs.
Te request this data export, go to the web application, sign in to your account (if you are not already signed in), navigate to settings (top right) and choose the account tab. Here you can request your data export. Generating this export can take some time. Therefore we will send you an email when the report is ready to be downloaded.
Did you forget your Klippa password? Then you should start by requesting a new password.
