# Integrations call error: There is already an employee with external access to this account using that entity name.

**Oplossing: **

Wanneer de instelling 'relatie matchen op basis van e-mailadres' aan staat is het belangrijk dat de gebruiker in Klippa hetzelfde email adres heeft als in Netsuite. 

Het is namelijk niet toegestaan om twee keer dezelfde gebruiker te creëren.
