Voor gebruikers van Klippa en Netsuite die de koppeling op basis van e-mailadres hebben ingeschakeld, is het van belang dat het e-mailadres dat in Klippa wordt gebruikt, overeenkomt met dat in Netsuite. Dit voorkomt dat er dubbele gebruikersprofielen worden aangemaakt.
