# Integrations call error: Period is closed

**Oplossing: **

De periode is gesloten in Exact. 

Controleer de volgende instellingen in Exact: 

1. Stamgegevens - Financieel - Periode-datumtabel.
2. Klik op het boekjaar waarin je wilt boeken.
3. Controleer de begindatum en einddatum van de periode waarin je wilt boeken en de status van de periode. 

Is de foutmelding nog niet opgelost? 

1. Ga naar instellingen.
2. Klik op financieel.
3. Controleer of de periode-datumcontrole op Nee of Optioneel staat. Als de periode-datumcontrole op verplicht staat, pas deze dan aan.
