# Integrations call error: Forbidden - user division is not within division scope

**Oplossing: **

De onderstaande stappen dienen uitgevoerd te worden om Klippa toegang te geven tot desbetreffende administratie(s):

1. Ga in Exact Online naar Import/Export.
2. Klik onder 'Overige' op 'Appmachtigingen'.
3. Klik op 'Klippa’ bij de gebruiker die de koppeling met Klippa geautoriseerd heeft.
4. Onderin bij 'Toegang tot' staat tot welke administraties Klippa toegang heeft.
5. Bij 'Administraties beheren' kan je administraties toevoegen door deze te selecteren en d.m.v. de pijltjes te verplaatsen naar het rechter kader.

Facturen en declaraties kunnen hierna alsnog geboekt worden naar Exact Online.
