# Hoe dien ik een Out of Office verzoek in?

||| Je kan alleen een out of office verzoek indienen als je declaraties en/of facturen goedkeurt binnen SpendControl

1. Ga naar Instellingen > Out of Office

2. Vul je verzoek aan met een start- en einddatum, de collega aan wie je wilt delegeren, de rol(len) die je wil delegeren en een notitie.
3. Klik vervolgens op indienen

|| Jouw SpendControl Admin dient nu je verzoek goed te keuren. Jij en de collega aan wie je delegeert ontvangen hier een email over.
