# Unable to view specific data from my integration in Klippa

The synchronisation between SpendControl and a bookkeeping integration occurs twice a day, at noon (12:00) and at midnight (00:00). You also have the option to trigger this synchronisation manually by clicking on the refresh button. There are two places where you can trigger this synchronisation manually.

||| Note: Please be aware that only the admin user has the necessary permissions to do this.

1. Within the **company settings** under the field **connections**

2. Within a **transaction,** under the field i**ntegration**

These routine updates and the ability for manual synchronisation ensure that data is accurately refreshed and harmonized at specific intervals throughout the day.
