# Integrations call error: There is already an employee with external access to this account using that entity name

###### Solution

For users of Klippa and Netsuite, who have enabled the match relation based on email address setting, it is critical that the email address used in Klippa matches the one in Netsuite. This ensures that duplicate user profiles are not created.
