# Integrations call error - No account with the id 'X' exists in this administration


### Problem
The supplier is not active in the booking period of the invoice/expense.

1. Check the invoice date of the invoice/expense
2. Check the supplier in Minox. If the supplier has been added before the invoice date of the invoice, then that's the cause of the error.

### Solution
You can also create this supplier in a previous financial year, or change the purchase date.
