# I am unable to photograph the receipt completely. What can I do?

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble photographing your receipt. This may be due to the automatic cropping, this results in a green area that should cover the entire receipt. If the cropping does not work, you can disable this function by clicking on the **cropping symbol** in the top left of the screen.
