# How to connect with Netsuite?

## Configure SuiteApp and user in Netsuite

|| Note: only someone with an **admin** role in Netsuite can make the connection with Netsuite

1. Navigate to **SuiteApps** and search for **Klippa**, click on the Klippa logo and click on **View SuiteApp**.

2. Then click on **Install** and then **Install Bundle** and agree to the terms.

3. Check if you see **Klippa for Netsuite** in the list of Installed bundles.

4. Choose a user you are going to use to make the connection. Make sure this is a **system** user that is permanently listed in Netsuite.

||| Important: Ensure that this user has the same language setting as the default company language setting.

5. Navigate to this user and navigate to the **Access** tab at the bottom of the page and **only** select the **Klippa Integration role** and click on **add**.

6. Make sure you select the **subsidiary**, check **give access** and click **save**.

7. Then navigate to Setup > Company > Enable Features and navigate to the **SuiteCloud** tab and make sure the following checks are checked:

8. Click **save**.

9. Log out of your Netsuite account.

## Connecting to Netsuite in Klippa

|| Note: only a user with an admin role in Klippa can make the connection with Netsuite.

|| Note: make sure you are logged out of your own Netsuite account when you navigate to Klippa to make the connection.

1. Open the [Klippa Web App](http://app.klippa.com/) and go to **Settings** in the left menu and click on **Company** in the expanded menu.

2. Under the **Company Settings** you will find different menu items. Click on Company Settings / **Connections**.

3. In the list of connections, find Netsuite v2 (beta) and click **Connect**. You will now be redirected to the Netsuite login screen.

4. Log in with the employee's username and password you just set up.

||| **Important: Check that the** **Klippa Integration Role** **is shown as in the screenshot below. If not, correct this by clicking on "Choose another role".**

5. Click **Continue**.

6. The connection is now succesfully set up.

7. Configure your preferences.
