# How to add an existing Klippa user to my company environment?

How to add an existing Klippa user to my company environment?

||| Note: this action is only possible for a user with admin rights.

1. Make sure you are logged into the [Klippa Web App](https://app.klippa.com/) with your account as a user with**admin** rights.

2. In the left menu, navigate to **Settings** and then **Company**. You are now in the company account settings.

3. Then click on **Company Settings / Users** and in the top right corner click the green button with **Add**.

4. Then enter the details of the new user and finally click **Create**.

5. A message will appear at the bottom right, saying that the user already has an account. Click the **Invite users for company** button to invite the user to your company environment.

6. After the user accepts the emailed request to join your company environment, the user appears in the user overview.
