# How do I edit a card report on the Klippa Web App?


1. Make sure you are logged into the [Klippa web App](https://app.klippa.com/login)
2. Navigate to **My** **reports** and click on **Card**

| Tip: if you have a finance role, it is also possible to edit card reports under Manage > card reports

3. Choose a report you want to edit
4. Within this report, click on the **extra options** (three dots) and press **Edit report**

5. Here you can edit the report. Make sure to at least fill in all required report fields, to be able to submit your report. Then press **save**.
 
Depending on your company setup you can change:

* Description
* Administration (you can only change this to another administration with the same currency)
* Cost center
* Cost unit
* Project
* Currency (only if this is not by default determined by the administration)
