Everyone with a Klippa account has its own unique Klippa email. When you send emails with an attachment to this address, the attachment will be processed by Klippa immediately. The invoice will now appear in your account.

Your unique Klippa email address can be found in the Settings menu. You can't adjust this email address yourself. However, it is possible to reset the email address. We recommend to add this email address to your own personal email address.

In order to find your unique Klippa email please do the following:

Stap 1) Log in with your Klippa account on: https://app.klippa.com/#/login

Step 2) you are now in your personal Klippa account. Please click on Settings. Under General -->
Klippa email you can find your unique Klippa email.
