# How can I perform delegated tasks for a colleague?

A colleague has delegated tasks to you, so you are able to perform certain tasks for this colleague while this colleague is absent. 

1. To view the delegator’s name, click on your name at the top right of your account. The delegator's name will then be displayed below your name
2. By selecting the delegator's name, you gain access to the absent user's environment, enabling you to perform tasks on their behalf

3. When you are done with performing tasks for this user, you can click on the name, on the top right corner again
4. Once clicked, ''Stop impersonating'' will appear under the name. Click this and you will be navigated to your own account
